We pride ourselves on our transparent and straight forward approach to business. Tenants wishing to rent a property through RSK are charged £75.00 plus VAT per applicant. This covers referencing and contract fees.

Tenants will be expected to pay a minimum of one months rent in advance and six weeks rent as security deposit.
